The star of “I Am Cat” and former star of “Keeping Up With the Kadashians” reality shows toys with the idea of running for the seat of governor of California. Especially because there has been issues of a possible recall of the current governor, Gavin Nensom.
According to Axios, she is being assisted by GOP fundraiser, Caroline Wren as they both work together with the American Unity fund that deals with LGBTQ issues.
Early this year when it was rumored that Jenner who is a Republican is considering running for political office, it was disregarded.
According to Catlyn’s representative, Sophia Hatchins, Jenner “has never considered running for governor and is very happy doing the work that she is doing to promote LGBT rights and spending time with her 18 grandchildren and 10 children.”
Catlyn Marie Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner came out in 2015 as transgender. In Jan 2017, she underwent gender reassignment surgery. Since her transition, she has been in the fore front of the fight for the rights of LGBTs.
